Texas Regional Sales Manager

Moto Morini the legendary Italian motorcycle brand founded in 1937 with a rich history of producing some of the most iconic motorcycles in Europe, is growing fast in America and wants you to propel dealer development and new unit sales as the Regional Sales Manager in Texas! Must have OEM motorcycle sales experience with existing dealer contacts and be ready to hit the ground running.

We want you to utilize your high energy, OEM sales experience, and existing dealer contacts to deliver enriched brand engagement, increased productivity, new unit sales, and revenue growth.

This exhilarating position awaits if you currently reside in Texas. You will focus on producing motorcycle sales through new dealer development, retain and grow sales with existing dealers to achieve sales goals. Provide professional, timely, and responsive communication while maintaining enthusiastic world-class dealer support and satisfaction.

Motorcycle, Scooter or Powersports OEM sales management experience required. May consider dealership General Manager experience for the right candidate. Must currently reside in Texas.

What Are We Looking For?

• 4-year degree desirable or equivalent industry experience.

• Experience in motorcycle, scooter, and powersports OEM sales at the dealer level is a must.

• Successful OEM sales management experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals.

• Proficient in MS Office and presentation skills.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent adaptive problem-solving abilities.

• Proven track record of a strong, positive work ethic and goal achievement.

• Time management, organization, and customer service skills are essential for this role.

What You'll Be Doing

• Responsible for sales achievement to meet goals.

• Have existing and develop new relationships with motorcycle dealership owners, GM’s and buyers.

• Outreach to identify and convert new dealers.

• Territory dealer development with approximately 70% outside sales and support efforts.

• Ensure that new dealer applications, ordering, etc. are completed in a timely fashion.

• Manage dealer inventory levels to maximize sales growth.

• Forecasting, reporting, and meeting sales goals.

• Attend dealer open houses, demo ride days, bike nights, consumer/trade shows and company events.

• Collaborate with sales team members, managers and executives to share ideas for competitive sales opportunities and improvements.

• Work with dealers and in-house support resources to solve pre-sales and post-sales challenges.

• Maintain a positive customer experience.
