This recording is aimed at the subsequent conclusion and management of the contract for the purchase by you of any of the products on the site www.motomorini.eu (hereinafter the “Site”), and, if desired, to enable the Moto Morini Company to contact you and send you information regarding its commercial campaigns.
Personal data provided will be used by the Moto Morini company, with headquarters in Via Beri n. 24, 27020 Trivolzio (PV), Italy (hereinafter “Moto Morini”), and not by automated means, in compliance with the provisions of D. L. June 30, 2003, n. 196 – the protection of personal data law, for the following purposes:
(I) to enable the registration at the Moto Morini Site and the subsequent and eventual conclusion of the contract for the purchase of products and/or services available on the Site, its execution and the fulfillment of the consequent benefits and obligations, including all administrative and accounting formalities. For these exclusive purposes, your data may be disclosed to parties contractually bound to Moto Morini (such as importers, distributors, retailers, service network, banking and credit institutions, Internet operators, couriers and shippers), and eventually even those with offices in countries belonging European Union, and in this case they will be processed exclusively for the aforementioned purposes;
The data will be brought to the attention of Managers of the treatment appointed by Moto Morini and by the aforesaid subjects. If you proceed to a purchase through the Site, your email address will be used to inform you about any news, promotions and special offers on products and brand Moto Morini: if you do not wish to receive such information, it will be sufficient to communicate such decision by sending an e-mail to factory@motomorini.eu at any time.
During the process of buying a product through the IP address used by the User to send the order will be recorded, such recording will concern exclusively purposes of investigation and prosecution of possible offenses or illegal use of the Site and for anti-fraud activities. In order to allow the activation of specific functions and better performance of the website, the latter uses cc.dd. Cookies: these are files that are sent from the site server and recorded through the navigation program (so-called browser), on the User’s hard disk itself. Some information are related to navigation and the activities carried out by ‘User (site pages visited, geographical reference, any web site from which you reach the site, orders gone well), and are relayed from the User’s computer to the web server on the occasion of any subsequent access to the site .
Data recorded in the cookies do not contain and are not in any way associated with the User’s identification data, they do not allow it to be identified, nor will be or can be used to identify it in any way, but are used solely to speed some functions in the event a User’s subsequent visit to the same site or to perform statistical activities or to produce reports by aggregate or anonymous data processing. The User may, at its choice, be informed about the use of cookies, limit the use or prevent their use by modifying the options available in his navigation program (browser). It may also provide for the definitive cancellation of cookies always through the features of their browser. In the latter cases some functions may not work correctly;
(ii) for the sending of advertising material and newsletters, or to carry out commercial information, by email and in print, regarding promotional and commercial initiatives of the Site and Moto Morini, of its sales and service network and its partners, for carrying out market research and surveys, and for customer satisfaction surveys. For these exclusive purposes, the data may be communicated by Moto Morini to companies contractually bound to it (such as companies specializing in market research and data processing, advertising companies), to Moto Morini group companies, to investee companies or part of Moto Morini’s sales and service network (such as branches, importers, distributors, dealers, workshops), even established in non-EU countries, in which case these will be processed exclusively for the above purposes; the data will be brought to the attention of Managers of the treatment appointed by Moto Morini and by the aforesaid subjects. Except as specified above, the data provided by the User will not be disclosed to third. The data provided by you during the registration process may be checked for upgrade purposes, with other data, in legitimate possession of Moto Morini, provided by the User in other circumstances.
The provision of data for the purposes of paragraph (i) is voluntary, i.e. it’s not required by the law, but you need to be able to complete the registration process, conclude and execute the eventual contract for the supply of products through the Site. If the data indicated as “regulatory” data are not provided in the registration form, and then in other pages of the Site it will not be possible to complete the registration process and conclude and execute the purchase contract.
The provision of data for the purpose of paragraph (ii) is optional, ie it is not a regulatory requirement, but it is needed to be contacted by Moto Morini: failure to provide data for such purposes only consequence will be the impossibility to receive information on promotional and commercial initiatives of Moto Morini, its sales and service network and their partners.
