Warranty

LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT

Moto Morini Motorcycle Inc., warrants that new Moto Morini products purchased from a duly authorized Moto Morini dealer in the United States of America shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period listed herein, subject to certain exclusions also described herein.

WARRANTY PERIOD

All Moto Morini motorcycles shall have a three (3) year, unlimited mileage warranty from the initial warranty registration date, with no mileage or hour limitations noted. Warranty begins on the sale date of product from dealer to consumer. Dealer must register new unit warranty within 72 hours of sale. Coverage of defects includes Parts and Labor at authorized Moto Morini dealerships. Batteries are excluded from warranty.

PARTS WARRANTY POLICY

Moto Morini replacement parts shall have a two (2) year warranty. Parts used in a warranty repair will be warranted for the balance of the existing warranty period or two (2) years, whichever is first. All parts replaced become property of Moto Morini. Dealer labor fees are not covered under Moto Morini Parts warranty. Parts warranty is not valid without registration.

Note: extended service plans may be available for purchase at your authorized Moto Morini Dealer if you intend to add to this warranty period.

EXCLUDED CONDITIONS

Note that specific types of use or conditions can exclude warranty protections including but not limited to:

  1. Commercial use, Renting or similar without written consent from Moto Morini.

  2. Racing or Competitive use.

  3. Installation of parts or accessories that are not equal to genuine Moto Morini parts.

  4. Excessive stresses, strain, abuse or neglect.

  5. Accident or collision damage.

  6. Modification to original parts.

  7. Damage due to improper transportation.

SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS

Note that normal wear and tear and maintenance are not covered under this limited warranty. Example of wearable item would be tires and brake pads. Example of maintenance items would be engine oil, air filter, chain, and spark plug.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

  1. To operate and maintain this Moto Morini product as specified in the Owner’s Manual.

  2. To notify a duly authorized Moto Morini dealer of all apparent defects within five (5) days of discovery.

  3. To make your Moto Morini unit available at that time for inspection and repairs at the Dealer’s place of business.

EMISSIONS CONTROL SYSTEM WARRANTY

Moto Morini Motorcycle Inc. also warrants to the purchaser and to subsequent potential purchasers that the unit is designed and equipped to conform with United States emissions standard put forth at the time of sale. Moto Morini further states the unit is free from defects in materials or workmanship which would cause the unit not to meet these standards withinthe period listed below. Failures due to abuse, lack of proper maintenance or any other above listed exclusion are not covered by this warranty.

THE EMISSIONS CONTROL SYSTEM WARRANTY is listed as five (5) years from the initial warranty registration or 18,641 miles, whichever comes first.

THIS WARRANTY IS TRANSFERABLE UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS:

  1. A warranty inspection must be performed by an authorized Moto Morini to keep this warranty in place.

  2. The subsequent owner must register as the new owner on the Moto Morini website within (10) days of purchase.

  3. The subsequent owner must provide a valid street and/or email address for any potential repair communications from Moto Morini.

MOTO MORINI MOTORCYCLE INC. MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY ANDFITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURCHASE WHICH EXCEED THE OBLIGATIONS ANDTIME LIMITS STATED IN THIS WARRANTY ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED BY MOTO MORINI MOTORCYCLE INC. AND EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. ALSO,EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY ARE ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING LOSS OF USE. SOME STATES DO NOT THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVEOTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
